Katerina Eleftheriadou (b. 1989, Germany) is an artist from Greece interested in exploiting the metaphorical potential of the materials and employing a diverse range of social and cultural references. Within her practice she cares about producing work that is not self-referential but connected to things experienced, things remembered and things lived. She looks through the prism of her personal background, her origins and the traditions and complexities of her home country. She has exhibited in United Kingdom, Germany and Greece.
