The studio community of the Dresden art and cultural centre GEH8 is showing current works by the artists based in the building. Under the title "Like a Ghost", the exhibition brings together positions from painting, graphics, sculpture, photography, stage/costume design and ceramics.

The GEH8's annual theme for 2026/27 takes centre stage: fear as an omnipresent, socially effective feeling. Between personal experience and collective experience, it is understood as an ambivalent force - as a state that can both paralyse and liberate.

The exhibition shows how these tensions are reflected in different artistic approaches and enter into dialogue in the shared space of the GEH8.
