Steffi Engelhardt's painting moves between imaginative representationalism and abstraction. In the upcoming exhibition love song, the Dresden-based artist offers insights into snapshots of nature and experiences - sometimes concrete, sometimes only hinted at. Partially dissolved forms allow for an open ending and leave room for personal associations. Her works capture moods that unfold between memory and imagination.
