The Kunstverein Meißen e.V.  cordially invites you to the opening of the exhibition ROUND ABOUT.

Our residence scholarship holder Winnie Seifert has transformed the rooms of the Kunstverein into a total work of art over the past four weeks:
With ROUND ABOUT she transcends the boundaries of the pictorial space and creates an immersive experience in which the entire wall and the vaulted ceiling of the medieval room become the image carrier. The abstract, moving and sprawling forms are complemented and continued by works on canvas - they invite the audience to immerse themselves in emotional interstices: between reality and imagination, identity and moment. Seifert makes it possible to experience art as a sensual retreat in a complex world and opens up new spaces for reflection, empathy and creative encounters.
