Let yourself be transported into the abstract world of Angel Vasilev at the KulturCentrale for the next full moon. With his exhibition "Quiet Expressions", you will enter the experimental world of the artist and discover the complex, creative processes between the individual works.

Accompanied by the music of Ali Can Alma, you can view works of art whose unique character shines in the moonlight.

Angel Vasilev has lived and worked in Dresden since 2016. Since his studies in Sofia, Bulgaria, he has been actively involved in painting and installations. Since living in Dresden, he has held several solo exhibitions and participated in many different projects, some of which he initiated together with other artists.
He creates his personal works in episodic periods of activity, and for the present exhibition some painterly abstract works of a minimalist character were selected, which he created in 2022. The researches are heterogeneous and experimental, but show references to other creative periods.
