The second PORTRAITS – HELLERAU PHOTOGRAPHY AWARD finishes the applications, amateurs and professional photographers sent in portrait photographs on this year's general topic of CHANGE. PA selection of photographs will be on show from the start of March 2017 in the Festival Theatre and several galleries.
