Peter Zaumseil is a versatile artist who creates equally powerful, lively and sensual works in the techniques of woodcut, painting and sculpture. He captures his primary subjects, landscape and the human figure, in their natural representationalism and succinctly depicts them with a strong characteristic tendency towards artistic simplification of form. The exhibition shows a comprehensive selection of the artist's earlier and new works.
