The exhibition layers and layers and ... brings monotype and painting into a dialogue about layering, process and the perception of nature. Lines, rubbings and areas of colour meet superimposed colour spaces and large-format image fields. Landscape appears less as a concrete view and more as an atmosphere - characterised by light, colour, movement and time. Between figuration and abstraction, plant forms, natural elements and human figures appear and open up different interpretations. The works invite us to slow down our perception, take a closer look and discover the layers from which impressions arise.
