A guided urban tour of the Innere Neustadt with two of Mehlhorn’s colleagues: Udo Frenschkowski and Steffen Dörfel.

Jürgen Mehlhorn (1952–2016) was a Dresden-based architect and conservationist. Through his work, he played a major role in the restoration and preservation of the historic built heritage in the Innere Neustadt.

During the tour, we will visit places such as Hauptstraße and the Societaetstheater, where his work is particularly well illustrated. Peppered with the odd anecdote, Frenschkowski and Dörfel give us an insight into Mehlhorn’s work.
