The fourth and final exhibition in the annual series "In the midst of nature" by the free and open group of artists "Pleinair", which began in spring 2024, shows works by Christa Donner, Kai-Robert Kluge, Stephanie Laeger, Kornelia Thümmel and Heike Wadewitz.

This exhibition is about moments of meditation that are able to dissolve the spatial and temporal. The processes of creation or perception can become permeable to the hidden and unconscious. As in dreams, what has already been experienced and learnt is linked with partly enraptured, otherworldly concepts of time and space, making them directly tangible and present. If such transitions take place not so much within the creator or viewer, but are immanent to the image, then creations fed by memories and associations can be analysed in terms of their visionary implications. Depending on the communicative relationships between artists, art and viewers, very different dialogues can arise between people, works and sensations.
