As part of our exhibition Collezione Grande , a discussion with artists from Galerie b2_ will take place on on 23 August 2026 at 11.00 am.

Since 2005, Galerie b2_ has been jointly run by 17 artists and the gallery management. In one of the largest exhibition spaces at Leipzig’s Spinnerei, they develop independent programmes, exhibitions and projects. For the Spinnerei’s spring tour, Collezione Grande brought together works by all 17 gallery artists in a joint installation. Shelves, tables and other materials from the gallery’s collection were transformed into a display structure that linked individual works and redefined the relationship between artwork, display and space.

Collezione Grande is now being re-staged under different spatial conditions. At Galerie Felix, the original installation encounters a significantly smaller interior space and an additional outdoor area. The exhibition is therefore not being reproduced, but rather reinterpreted. An open shelving structure, a long table in the sculpture garden and a large-format tarpaulin on the outer wall take up central elements of the Leipzig presentation and develop them further.
