9.-19.April 26 – Jilka Reichhelm: Schwäne ziehen übers Land
09.04.2026 — 19.04.2026
"The moor is murky and unfathomable, it doesn't want to be opened up, it doesn't want to give way. And yet life stirs between the bony birch trees; people have
planted houses on stilts in the ground; paths have been built through the barren
landscape."
Swans Move Across the Country documents in pictures, objects and installations the life
of a village that never existed. An exhibition about tradition, home and
nostalgia, about today and yesterday, about what we have overcome and what we have
lost.
Jilka Reichhelm is in her 10th semester studying fine arts at the HfBK Dresden in the
class Macketanz. She cordially invites all interested parties to her first solo exhibition
