"In the initial phase, I move with great openness. Only

gradually do lines, shapes and colours come together and weave themselves into a new

structure. In their interplay, they come together to form imaginary spaces or shapes

." This is how Karen Rosski describes her creative process, which takes place intuitively and leaves plenty of room for the development of the original idea.

The Dresden-based artist studied at the University of Art and Design Halle Burg Giebichenstein. She was a master student of Professor Inge Götze and has been a freelance artist since 1999.
