Hybrid Spaces and Augmented Realities


A project in cooperation with the Immersive Experience Lab, Faculty of Computer Science, the Faculty of Architecture, and the Faculty of Philosophy of the TU Dresden in the context of the TU im Dialog project „Wissen Schafft Raum“.

 

The robotron canteen is the subject of an interdisciplinary spatial experiment between virtual and physically experienceable reality.




Researcher of computer science, architecture, and art theory used state-of-the-art multi-user augmented reality technologies to explore new possibilities of spatial experience using the robotron cafeteria on several virtual floors that are simultaneously virtually and haptically accessible to visitors.
