Under the title Prospektive 46 young artistic positions meet and open up a wide range of perspectives on truly contemporary art.
The Prospective looks to the future, thus becoming not only an attitude to life and an understanding of one’s own artistic work. It also becomes the opposite of one of the most common exhibition forms in art: the retrospective, in which artists, observers, visitors and critics look back on an artistic oeuvre after several years.
On display are works by students from the painting and picture design class of Prof. Ralf Kerbach from Dresden and works from the extended painting space class of Prof. Daniel Richter from Vienna. Curated by Liam Floyd (Dresden) and Paolina Wandruszka (Vienna)
